What is a toolbar?
A toolbar is a windows based software program that intergrates
with Internet Explorer allowing businesses and resources to deliver
content to users whenever a user opens their browser.

What are the system
requirements to run the toolbar?
The minimum system requirements for running the toolbar are:
- Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later

I cannot install
the toolbar, but my machine meets the minimum system requirements.
Why?
You may want to check with your system administrator that you have
the access rights required to install applications such as toolbars.

How do I uninstall
the toolbar?
To uninstall the toolbar:
- Click on the Start Button on your computer. Go to Settings
> Control Panel
- From the "Add/Remove Program" Menu, select the toolbar
and press remove.

How do I hide
and/or show the toolbar?
To hide the toolbar:
- Click on the Toolbars from the Internet Explorer View Menus
- Click to Check off/Check On the toolbar name

Why can't I see
the toolbar?
In your browser toolbar menu select "Tools", then select "Internet
Options", then "Advanced". Ensure that "Enable third party browser
extensions" is ticked. If not, tick it and then shut down your
browser window. When you reopen your browser the toolbar will
appear.
